NEO-NAZI paramilitaries are secretly training football hooligans to wreak havoc during Ukraine’s Euro 2012 match against England. An undercover Sun team filmed members of extreme right-wing militia The Patriot of Ukraine as it drilled thugs in unarmed combat, knife fighting and use of rifles and pistols at a secret camp. One yob boasted how they planned to riot and hurl racist abuse at black England stars such as Rio Ferdinand and Ashley Cole. He told us: “Of course we will boo your black players. There will be fighting too. Why should we apologise for it?” The Sun team infiltrated the Patriots’ training camp by posing as British sympathisers keen to make closer ties and learn from their methods. The group’s leaders said the hooligans were seen as “foot soldiers” who would proclaim their vile message of racial hatred to the world during Euro 2012. (…) The recruits were drilled amid the ruined buildings and weed-covered parade grounds of an abandoned Soviet military base. The training included storming buildings while armed with some grenades and guns. Our team also witnessed football yobs tackling a military assault course — crawling under burning barbed wire, scaling log walls and scrambling through water-filled trenches. Patriots “General” Serhiy Syvachuk, 26, barked orders as the yobs learned knife-fighting techniques and were given live weapons training with a pistol and sniper rifle. He said the group was fighting for a “white Europe led by a white leader” as our team filmed what the Patriots believed was a propaganda video.

Heute, am 20. April, um 15.00 Uhr wurde in Kiew der linke Gewerkschaftsaktivist Andrei Mowtschan von sechs Neonazis (darunter die Fußball-Hooligans und die Mitglieder der Partei "Svoboda") überfallen . Heute in Kiew überfallen die Nazis Andrej Mowtschan den linken Aktivisten und einen der Gründer des Studentengewerkschaft "Direkte Aktion". Unter den sechs Angreifer waren die Vertreter der rechtsextremen Partei "Svoboda" und damit verbundene Fußball-Hooligans. Einer von ihnen konnte erkannt werder, das ist Dmitry Ivashchenko, der nebenparteiliche Fussbal-Hooligan. Als der ideologische Inspirator des Angriffes gilt der Swobodamitglied Eugene Karas, der schon seit einigen Jahren erfolglos versucht die studentische Proteste mit seiner rechtsradikeler Partei zu verbinden.

Die Rechtspopulisten in der Ukraine haben eine große Angst vor der unabhängigen linken Studentenbewegung, und darum versuchen sie das mit allen Mitteln zu zerstören. Gleichzeitig stehlen sie oft unsere Texte und sogar unsere Slogans und dann vermischen sie mit ihrem nationalistischen Dreck.

Aharon Alexander Gonczarov befindet sich in kritischem Zustand. Es war kurz nach dem zweiten Sederabend. Aharon Alexander Ben Avraham Gonczarov (25) verließ den zweiten Seder von Chabad und wurde von mehreren Männern angegriffen, bei denen es sich laut Rav Yaakov Zilberman von der jüdischen Gemeinde in Kiew um “Glatzen” handeln dürfte. Aharon Alexander wurde lebensgefährlich verletzt und wird derzeit in Kiew behandelt. In den nächsten Stunden soll entschieden werden, ob der Yeshiva-Student nach Israel geflogen wird, so Zilbermann zu Galei Zahal Radio.

L’VIV, Ukraine — In this great city of western Ukraine, the worst of the European experience is creeping back into democratic politics. In L’viv, it comes under the guise of Svoboda, a party calling for a Ukraine that is “one race, one nation, one Fatherland.” Originally known as the Social-National Party, it is rooted in Nazi collaboration. This wasn’t supposed to happen. In 2004, following a disputed national election, the Orange Revolution, a peaceful campaign of protest, swept a coalition of moderate nationalist politicians into power. They quickly fell out among themselves. A blizzard of allegations of corruption swirled around them. One of the original leaders of the Orange Revolution, Yulia Tymoshenko, is in prison, convicted of “abuse of office,” although rights groups say her incarceration is politically motivated. From journalists, cab drivers and young entrepreneurs, to peasant women who run market stalls to supplement their state pension by selling homemade cheese and pickles, everyone says the same thing: the politicians of all parties are only in it for themselves, grabbing every penny they can. Meanwhile, Svoboda has grown in popularity. Young people are drawn to the nationalist rhetoric, and older supporters are more used to life under the kind of authoritarian views it holds.
Svoboda is now the largest party on L’viv city council and in the regional council. It has taken power in other major urban centers of western Ukraine, like Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk. Come this October, when the country holds elections, Svoboda is expected to make the jump to the next level and win seats in the Verkhovna Rada, the national parliament, for the first time.

Der 17-jährige Antifaschist Mikhail Norokh ist unweit seines Hauses in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine) tot aufgefunden worden. Sein Körper wies zahlreiche Verletzungen auf. Seine FreundInnen ließen die ersten Informationen über seine Ermordung über Avtonom bekannt geben.

18th of November 2011, 17-year old anti-fascist Mikhail Norokha was murdered in Dnepropetrovsk of Ukraine. His body was found 8 meters from an abandonded, 16 floor house. He deceased due to multiple fractures and internal bleeding, which resulted from a falling. Although he falled to his back, his nose was broken and he also had scratches in his face. Also, there were remains of pepper gas in his clothes, and his coat was torn, which is additional proof that this was not a suicide. Also, Mikhail had his mobile phone, documents and money left with him - murderers took nothing from him. 

Mikhail was assaulted by Nazis oftentimes in the past. He has been stabbed twice during the last couple of years. However, he was never afraid of anyone and he was always standing up for his opinions, in case someone had disagreements. Although he was often in a trouble in vicinity of the local football stadium, he kept supporting his favorite club. 

 Mikhail worked as an assistant of a priest. Currently police is investigating the case. There is no any evidence about the murderers, but anti-fascists of Dnepropetrovsk are certain, that this tragedy was caused by Nazis. We are making everything we can, in order to find out the truth, and to punish theperpetrators.
