Rassistenführer aus Notwehr erschlagen?

Johannesburg. Die beiden mutmaßlichen Mörder des südafrikanischen Rassistenführers Eugène Terre’Blanche haben nach Darstellung eines ihrer Anwälte aus Notwehr nach homosexuellen Übergriffen gehandelt. Das berichtet die Wochenzeitung Sunday Times. Dies werde »einer der Bestandteile der Verteidigung« sein. Demnach soll Terre’Blanche den beiden Männern, zwei schwarzen Angestellten seiner Farm, Alkohol aufgedrängt und versucht haben, »mit einem oder beiden« Sex zu haben. Der Anwalt des jüngeren mutmaßlichen Täters sagte der Sunday Times, am Tag des Mordes habe sich »etwas Schockierendes« ereignet. Sein Mandant habe »alle nötigen Tests« gemacht, um dies vor Gericht zu beweisen. (AFP/jW)
